Cognitive investigation of the magistrates of Lucca after the presentation of a complaint
The Public Prosecutor’s Office of Lucca has opened an information file on the Jova Beach Party , the concert scheduled on the Muraglione beach in Viareggio on 2 and 3 September.

The file is against unknown persons and no one is currently registered in the register of suspects. The hypothesis of investigation is that of environmental damage. The investigation was opened by the Prosecutor’s Office after an environmental association filed a complaint for an alleged damage to the vegetation that runs along the beach.
Arpat has made it known with a report that “the Muraglione beach is not a natural habitat”.
