Farewell to London. William and Kate move from the English capital to Windsor to the splendid residence of Adelaide Cottage in 10 minutes walk from Windsor Castle, close to Queen Elizabeth who has now moved into one of her most loved castles. And moving also means a change of school for little George, Charlotte and Louis. The Dukes of Cambridge opted for Lambrook School at approx. 15 minutes by car from the new house surrounded by greenery. Courses start on September 8th. One avant-garde institute is the Lambrook School, where two ancestors of the English princes, Christian Victor and Albert de Schleswig-Holstein, grandchildren of Queen Victoria, have already studied in the past.

Alongside the daily lessons (in two languages, English and French, including Saturdays, but only in the morning) the Cambridge students will be able to take advantage of extra curricular activities such as scuba diving, beekeeping courses and evenings themed, dedicated for example, to the Harry Potter universe. Surrounded by a park of 21 hectares, the Lambrook School owns fields of cricket, football, golf and rugby and a swimming pool of 25 meters long. The school also has rooms for theater and dance classes. According to the French weekly ‘Point de vue’ “the annual cost of enrolling Prince George is around 8 thousand and 300 euro, 7. 650 for the second child of the Windsors , only 5 thousand and 200 for the baby of the brood, Louis “.

The French weekly also reported the reactions of the director of the Lambrook School who said he was “enthusiastic to welcome three of the great-grandchildren of Elizabeth II “. William and Kate also underlined in a joint statement that “they are very happy to have finally found a school that has the same values as Thomas’s Battersea”, attended by George and Charlotte.
