Lauren Fleming is a junior writing for print and digital media major with minors in leadership studies, cultural anthropology and public relations. On campus, Lauren is involved with the honors program as Executive Board Community Builder, Omicron Delta Kappa as Follies Co-Chair, the Publications Committee as the Editor of The Criterion and the Center for Leadership as a Summer Institute and Girls Empowered counselor.
Lauren also spends a significant time in the community around Columbia College as a P.L.A.C.E. Fellow (philanthropy, leadership and community engagement), having worked alongside the Eau Claire Rotary, Eau Claire Community Council and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Lauren currently works at The State newspaper in advertising and hopes to continue there, full-time after graduation.
