Nominated for an Oscar in 1978 for ‘The Buddy Holly Story ‘, starred in’ Big Wednesday ‘,’ Lethal Weapon ‘and’ Point Break ‘
The actor 78 enne Gary Busey is accused of sexual harassment that would have occurred during the annual Monster Mania Convention held at the Doubletree Hotel in Cherry Hill, New Jersey this past weekend. CNN reports this, citing the local police who initiated investigations after a complaint started right from the Hotel, following which it accused Busey of two crimes.
Busey is best known for his portrayal of Buddy Holly in the 1978 “The Buddy Holly Story”, for which he was nominated for an Oscar as Best Actor, but also for “Big Wednesday”, “Lethal Weapon” and “Point Break”.
Monster Mania lawyers stated that after the complaint, Busey was removed from the convention.
